Thoughts are energy and incredible power

Modern day science, and in particular quantum physics, believes that thoughts are energy and information that spread throughout the universe. It is now well proven that thoughts have a tendency to realise themselves. If they are such a strong form of energy, it is then very important that a greater proportion of mankind is aware of this and consequently acts upon it.

Our society needs new values

Our society needs new values and a new Weltanschauung a new outlook (worldview). In contrast to many large institutions such as Christianity, Islam, Hinduism or Buddhism, which search for the real salvation in the hereafter and consider the material world as unclean or sorrowful, Simple Happiness favours a joyful, passionate and life affirming worldview. The body is not an insurmountable evil and sinful in itself. Rather, the corporeal, eroticism and the sensual joys of nature are of the up-most importance.

The Swiss Foundation “Simple Happiness”, elects the expression “institution” deliberately rather than the commonly used world religion. We genuinely believe that those founders of the world religions (Jesus, Buddha etc. represent an opinion contrary to the current representatives.

Simple Happiness basically believes that everything is one unit and connected to each other (holism). Nature is regarded as sacred seeing as it is part of the universal primal energy and gives mankind physical and spiritual power. It’s not a new world view (outlook) that sees God and creation as separate entireties. Simple Happiness is panentheistic instead of theistic.

The naked body "in heaven’s dress" (English skyclad, that’s ritual nudity) is regarded as a sign of solidarity with nature and the personal freedom of man.

A Ball of Energy as the origin of life

The founder of Simple Happiness is artist Re Amon. In his paintings the Ball of Energy the open circle are symbols for the uterus and the egg cell. the origin of life. The principles of Yin (lunar female) and Yang (active solar and male) are taken into account and are equally necessary. The over all universal energy is seen as a union of these polarities. is a symbol for the uterus and the ovum.

Individual personal freedom

Personal freedom of individuals is the basis of Simple Happiness. Every person is an equal partner to the gods as a carrier of universal energy. Your own soul is free and everyone takes responsibility for themselves and their life.

As above - so below

An important aspect of this new institution is the rule “As above - so below”. Simple Happiness believes that in all areas of the cosmos, large and small, the same polar ordering principles are at work and that even in the smallest the whole is reflected. Evidence can be found in the latest findings of quantum physics.

Simple Happiness makes no claim to just comprehension. We categorically reject dogmatism, fanaticism and discrimination against other religions. Instead, Simple Happiness is a modern alternative for living spiritually.

According to the understanding of the responsibility for themselves, breathing exercises, yoga and other exercises such as Tai Chi or Meridian Kidokan are used to channel natural energy and to achieve necessary changes for the better. Non-violence and love of nature have a high priority.

A lifelong path of learning and cognition

Simple Happiness represents worldview with those ethical principles in which you live your beliefs and your faith. What this means for you,the individual, is that you find yourself on a lifelong path of learning and cognition which should lead you to your self. You find yourself on a path that gives eroticism and sexuality the values they naturally have. Trust in yourself, trust in true love, live your life and let others lead their lives. Do what you like, as long as it doesn’t harm anyone.

Simple Happiness is characterized by values of ideas in which there are no rules, commandments or taboos in the traditional sense - as long as you cherish positive thoughts.
